Post meal BS is lower than Pre meal

.2 isn't anything to be concerned about 9.5 isn't anywhere near to low

Meters are not very accurate so your second reading could easily be the same or a bit higher than your first.

Im a t2 and had a similar thing today, before lunch 8 then 2 hours later 7.4, and all I did was sit doing some work on the laptop. It says you're t1 so I guess as long as you feel OK then just keep an eye on it

I have noticed that before breakfast I am usually about 6.4, and two hours after an omelete with cheese and a tomato, about 5.4. I have no hunger and plenty of energy until lunchtime, so thats fine by me. It does seem counter intuitive, but so are many other things! Being type 2 I cannot say how it should be for a type 1 though.

If your post-meal sugar is lower than your pre-meal sugar, you obviously ate backwards...;)
