Pre-conception Vitamins

Just wondering what vitamins you take/have taken to help with pre-conception.

I have had a look at Pregnacare-pre conception but wondering if I take that if it has folic acid in- as I am already on a separate higher dose of folic acid?

Iv been diabetic for 18 years this year now onto my 3rd pregnancy st the moment with each pregnancy I’ve taken pregnacare and 5 mg folic acid checked with consultants and been given the ok any folic acid your body doesn’t see is excoriated through urine .
Apart from that I took 75 mg pre of aspirin too as also can possibly help the risk of miscarriage lower so Iv heard
Your prescribed it in pregnancy till about 36 weeks anyways
But that’s personal preference taking whilst trying

Ah thank you. I was worried about taking too much folic acid.
