pre diabetes and NHS advice

the NHS web advice is low fat fill up on high carbs and calorie count, well I did the opposite of all that and got well and healthy in 10 months, low carb healthy fats. good job I didn't follow their advice as I would probably be on insulin by now .lol

okay, you have carb sensitivity in the first instance and knew that well in advance and you did the right thing of reducing it, your carb intake, and consuming healthy fats, and it is worth looking into the gluten free low carb items too, are you diagnosed as diabetes or you are trying to avoid it by being attentive to your carb sensitivity issue please ?

Ops, just noticed that we are on the pre-diabetes forum, and yes I agree totally of what you are saying, you are doing the right thing and it is working for you :)
