pre-diabetes, fasting blood sugars.

No morning numbers still taking a break... Sneaky check before dinner tonight @ 5.1
 
6.7 this morning, up about .5 from my usual because of a fairly hi carb meal out yesterday, hopefully it will be back down tomorrow.
 
Woke up at 5 am very hot and sweaty, not usual! Got up and tested my BG, 5.5. Back to sleep, got up at 8 am, BG 6.3, so normal. No idea what that was all about!
 
4.3 this morning after going back on keto diet for 1 month

6.4 Hba1c Jan 2016 - 130 kilos (keto diet LCHF)
5. 4 Hba1c August 2016 - 115 kilos (after kept for 8 months)
5.8 Hba1c Jan 2017 - 123 kilos (ate carbs over winter)
5.2 Hba1c April 2017 115 kilos (back on LCHF)

6.9 for me too. Just returned from Italy and a rather carb heavy holiday. Will hopefully settle down as I return to my usual routine.
 
7.6 back to work and waiting to hear how much it will cost to get my car brakes fixed
