Yes worked that out ok .. dr said not too bad stay off sugar, cakes etc ..so started to read on T2 ..got my self a nutribullet for my veg drinks which i started last week, cut out sugary things, put in more walking and have stsrted to eat as a T2 ..but find it difficult exactly to know whst to cook and eat, but viewed a link someone send me today on here so am a bit better educated since reading it ..tomorrow get a glucometer so as to see what different foods are doing to me .. think i an going in right direction ..or am i ???
