Having been diagnosed with Prediabetes, with HbA1c as 6, I abruptly stopped Intake of sugary things, altogether. Afterwards, got to go for walk routinely. The blood tests on glucometer have given encouraging results. The only thing, which seriously disturbs is food menu, what to eat and what to not, cataloging of non carbs, cooking from breakfast to dinner, calorie count and etc. Besides, the alarming thing is news or may be rumour about minimum chance of reversal from prediabetes to normal level. I need firm advices and answers on it. Help please

Many many folk on these forums have returned their blood sugars to normal levels by reducing their carbohydrate intake. Just be aware that you'll always be at risk of going back to prediabetic or diabetic levels if you return to the eating habits that you were on when first warned of prediabetes.
