Yes i am trying to sort these at the moment but i don't really get how that will sort it, every day is different for my sugars, for example a couple of weeks ago i had a couple of days which were brilliant, i don't think i went above 7 for 2 days, nothing was different on these days apart from i felt a bit ill, i still ate the same and did the same activities that i do everyday.
So if i got my basal/ ratios right i don't know how long it will last before i'm back to looking at them again. I just feel a bit deflated at the moment, got a whole list of things to do (given to me by hospital) before i can think about having a baby:
# Stop drinking alcohol- Done
# Lose 2 stone- in progress
# Stop vaping- In progress
# Reduce anti-depressants- gone from 30mg to 20mg and looking to reduce again in a few weeks
# Get Hba1c in check- Struggling with
I was looking for hopefully somebody who was in the same boat to see how they managed it, I want a success story! Lol!
