Pregnancy books for diabetics!

Does anyone know of good pregnancy books for type 1 diabetics? It will be my first pregnancy as a diabetic, I already have one beautiful boy and me and my partner are ready to have another, I realise this will be very very different to my first pregnancy and wondered if anyone knew off any good books to buy?

I've just given birth and during my pregnancy I looked a number of times for such a book - but couldn't find anything at all.

The JDRF have a downloadable booklet which I read. I also used Think Like A Pancreas as that had a good section explaining insulin needs during pregnancy. It was short but very useful, and I looked at it a number of times.
