Prescription changes and the law?

I've not had any prescription changes or anything, but I must comment on the receptionists at our surgery. It has turned into one of these mutli surgeries with about 8 drs and different areas in one, but our 2 drs together but who have seperate patients; whichever receptionist I get they are a breath of fresh air. Very polite, very helpful, and if you're unsure about anything will sort it out for you and make sure you know whats what before leaving. We;re lucky as well in that you just turn up in the morning, and the only downside is that afternoon sessions are appt only. The surgery I used to 'belong' to years ago was the opposite, as you were only allowed to be ill by appointment, and god forbid if you wanted an appt that day; it didn't matter if you were dying, how dare you put them out on the desk lol. I don't envy patients with dragons on the desk.
Cheers,
John

Hi 999sugarbabe. I like your sense of humour and I shall enjoy reading your postings. You obviously have the same doctor's surgery as me........I recognise that receptionist. I still have a flat forehead from my last encounter with our local receptionist. The brick wall outside the surgery still has a dent to prove it.

They failed the course to become traffic wardens. BTDT.

As with the medical staff our receptionists are brilliant. It CAN be done, just not often enough.
