This is probably a very daft question, but has anyone noticed anything different about their Libre 2 sensors? The last 3 I have had have all played up between about 8-10 days, ending with 3 lots of ‘sensor error try again in 10 mins’ and never returning to work. I am also getting a reaction on my skin, see photo. For the first time I got the new Abbott form sent off and a replacement was sent, but I don’t like doing it every time.i have emailed Abbot separately to ask if for eg the adhesive had changed,or what they made the filament from…and await a reply…meanwhile asking this forum.

I've had two sensors fail in the last three months around 8 - 10 day mark. One was Libre 2, and one was Libre 2 Plus. Both times, Abbot replaced these no questions asked.

I haven't had a recent skin reaction to the sensors. I had a slight infection in the insertion site years ago when Abbot stopped supplying injection wipes along the sensor but have been buying my own since then and being quite metaculous preparing the site.

I find the form filling laborious, and the result slow.
Try calling them on 08001701177. Answered in person so you can also ask questions. They've always replaced any faulty ones swiftly. If the sensor doesn't work they should be replaced.
