Problems with Availability of OneTouch Verio Test Strips

Hi All,

Is anyone having trouble getting OneTouch Verio test strips through their pharmacy at the moment? I normally deal with either the local Boots or Lloyds pharmacies near me and all of them are saying that they are currently unable to order strips through their wholesalers - Alliance and/or AAH. I’ve been in touch with LifeScan customer service and, after a lot of back and forth, their suggestion is to order through a pharmacy that uses Phoenix Healthcare as a wholesaler. Unfortunately, none of my local pharmacies seem to use them.

This is a long shot, I know, but does anyone know if any of the online prescription fillers use Phoenix as a wholesaler supplier. I’ve tried Echo but they are part of the Lloyds group who use Alliance and AAH.

If anyone is currently not having trouble getting these test strips through a pharmacy or online supplier I’d love to hear about it. Either that or if anyone has the email address of the MD of LifeScan UK so I can write a complaint letter that would be appreciated.

Sadly that doesn't help me as I am trying to fill a UK prescription. I don’t think Amazon helps with that. Thanks for the suggestion though.

Yes, otherwise I would have to pay for them out of my own pocket.
