Problems with high levels - advice please?

Morning all , I have a question my BG levels a month ago was 17.0 upwards in the morning and then before bed low 30's then my diabetes nurse up my gliclazide to full dose and metformin and it bought levels down to morning between 10.0 13.0 and before bed around 17.0 but now my levels are going back to how they was before ? And I'm waking up early with wicked muscle cramps in my right leg....

My question is should I let the district diabetes nurse today when I ring her ?
