Hi sorry this is a little off track but can any of you loves talk me through how to upload a profile pic .
I can see how to do it with the pics on the forum but want to put my own on and it's gone over my head .

@Sharon Anne Go to your Profile page, then click the picture on the left. It should open a new box talking about avatars. Choose Upload Custom Avatar (I don't remember exactly what it says, but similar to that), then follow the instructions to upload your own picture.

If you don't want to upload your own picture, then you can choose one of the stock ones on offer here. To do that, do NOT click Upload Custom Avatar, choose the other option which should let you pick a picture from a selection we have on the forum.

All those instructions are for when you use the website not the app.

If you need any more help, don't hesitate to ask
 
Hey thank ypu I have tried that but when I press upload picture nothing happens Hun .
 
Hi Sharon Anne, is the image appearing at all when you upload it .. ?
Also what device are you trying to upload from. ?
 
Hi it's an iPad and I also tried a tablet when I click on the download file it just dies nothing x

I'm not sure you can do it on an iPad as you need to upload your own picture. I did mine on my tabletop computer so I'm not sure about using an iPad for that.
 
Just tried on my iPad and it seems to offering me the option to upload from my photo library. Is it after that stage that you got stuck?

It seems to be working on an iPad here (with iOS9) using Safari - what browser are you using?

As @azure says, it gets to the photo library and allows the selection part? Can you share any screenshots?

Haha it did take a while but I got there .
Taken a bit of courage to post my pic so lets home it doesn't give anyone nightmares hee hee .
