As 'Mike D' rightly says, there really is no way that any of us here on this forum could say for sure whether there is a problem or not with you eyes.
It's porobably nothing to get overly concerned about, but to put your mind at rest, you really should see a qualified optomitrist, or ideally call by at your local hospital's eye clinic and get a professional expert to examine your eyes.
If it's any help, I was at my own local eye hospital last week for my regular 12 weekly eye checks and I had a powerful 'slit lamp' microscope scan across both my eyes as part of their regular testing procedures.
As usual it left me seeing things very different for several minutes afterwards, everything was 'fogged, clouded and flooded' (if that makes sence) and as usual, it gradually faded away after a few minutes. I often experience similar things if a bright light is unexpectantly shone into my eyes, particularly so if it happens to be a dark night and certain oncomming vehicle lights (particularly these new latest types of high intensity headlights) happen to cross my vision.
Incidentally I no longer drive due to a number of further visual problems.
