I have started to low carb and it is so nice to not have to inject as often! But according to phlaunt and my fitness pal, it's says I should be having around 60g protein. However I'm always over, around 100g. I'm not looking to lose weight and not worried about going into ketosis. Does it matter? Should I be worried?
My typical day is:
Breakfast: greek yoghurt, berries and flax seeds
Lunch: 2 egg cheese/ham omelette and salad
Dinner: chicken, veg
Snacks: jelly, 90% dark choc
