Hi @snawaz. I'm not an expert and there aren't many experts on the forum, only people with experience of diabetes or pre-diabetes.
I can only suggest that your feeling of dizziness could be due to your body reacting to you cutting down on sugar and carbs - like withdrawal symptoms. We sometimes call it 'carb flu'. If that is the cause it should only last a few days before your body adjusts to less carbs.

Can I ask why you are having a protein supplement?

I heard protein supplement helps to maintain your sugar level but I experienced whenever I am having the the protein shake my blood sugar goes down ..?

Random bg levels aren't anything to go by and I doubt a protein shake is causing a drop... or though, I have no idea what is in that shake. Most are full of garbage.

When are you drinking the shake? After gym? Just when you feel like it?

Could a feeling of hunger and a four o'clock dip also be due to cutting out sugar?? What's best to remedy it?

Fat will increase the sugar ..?
No it replaces the energy you would have got from sugar and starchy carbohydrates, and stops you feeling hungry.
But it should be 'healthy' fats like butter, cheese, full fat yoghurt and milk, olive oil, oily fish, nuts and avocados.
Processed fats like margarine aren't good.

You can also replace energy with protein, meat and fish. Eggs are good too.
