I'm currently in Saudi working and as you can imagine the food is not as at home. I love my eggs and milk and wondered if a hight protein daily intake is good for type 2

I have been working on what my PT told me 1 gram protein/kg bodyweight l think the front page here gives 1 gram protein/lb but you don't want to go over that amount. Should still leave a lot of leeway though. And even in Saudi should be other foods for a balanced diet. I would say the balance is the most important thing.
