Protocols around weight loss injections - private prescription

Hi,

I'm really fed up after the hospital spun a line about how ill I was due to diabetes.

I'm in an area of the country where the nhs do not provide weight loss medication on prescription and neither do I have all the four eligible conditions to get a prescription, if it were even possible.

I'm a type 2 diabetic said to be in remission, my latest test result shows exactly the very same result mmol as previous.
Although cholesterol is up.

Against my absolute better judgement, I remained on the injections at time of testing for diabetic review.

I can't be the only person taking this medication for weight loss privately with diabetes?

Are there any guidelines to show the diabetic nurse? yes I can and will ask the private prescriber of the pens but surely it is not in their interest to help. I also presume they will state they prescribe for weight loss not diabetes so can avoid providing an answer?

A friend and I did try looking up but all we found was advice to be honest to the GP surgery about what medications are taken in advance, (that you can be on medication at the time of doing tests) which I can't see how they can deny when I've had the likes of a private provider write, mentioned it during a medication review.
I'm just at a real loss of how to get my point across I may have put diabetes into remission but it feels like I'm subbing the nhs where I have been taken of Metformin and am I taking the equivalent of diabetes medication privately to achieve such good results on minimal weight loss even.
