How does the dvla and your website require different information to be able to drive a psv vehicle. Dvla want 3 months of blood sugar readings but this website states you only need 1 months readings! Which guidelines are correct?

If it's on the DVLA website that they require 3 months bg readings then that is the one to take note of.
