Hi all. I've recently started on a fairly strict ketogenic diet again and everything's going fine aside from one thing. I looked up a few solutions online to help resolve my erm... blockage.. and it sound like it's mostly down to the fact that I'm not quite getting enough fiber in my diet. Tried a few days eating a bit more veg than usual, but to no avail.
In a final attempt to help myself out naturally, I ordered 500 psyllium husk capsules from Amazon. They arrived pretty quick and worked great on the first day of taking them (what a relief that was) so I've got my hopes up for them maintaining some kind of 'regularity'.
I was just hoping to hear of the experience you guys have had with psyllium husk, whether in capsules or just the raw ingredient. So far today I just feel very bloated, even after having a light lunch of chicken, spinach and lettuce with a little full fat mayo. Is this the fault of the psyllium husk? Any advice is much appreciated
