Probably a good idea to at least talk to a doctor. In Oct. I had chest pain that got too painful.. Medics treated it as a myocardial attack, but consultant swiftly diagnosed Acute Pericarditis. With routine treatment it seamed to resolve and just felt like a head cold, and as I was going to the Med. for some sunshine, I left it. BUT the pericarditis came buck big time when on holiday and I was room bound the full 10 days. only just getting clear now. Moral If diabetic treat chest pain seriously!!

Insulin only as metformin made life too miserable for over ten years But did supress breast cancer!!!! ( Making good progress - possibly because of Metformin!!!)
