I am wondering if anyone can advise me on finding a reliable Pulse Oximeter with a UK CE Mark?

I purchased a CE marked finger Pulse Oximeter online from a firm called Pulmolink (based in Bristol IIRC) a couple of months ago. At the time they didn't have many left as there seems to have been a run on them due to their helping in covid diagnosis. My "smart" watch also reads SPO2 and the two devices are within a couple of percent of each other. I had had my SPO2 checked in hospital recently and it was OK then, so the DIY devices are probably near enough.

I had a Clinical Guard Oximeter that was accurate to near enough, close enough standards the model I had you was able to get a data upload with it. it was reasonably priced at the time.

I know have a cheaper Able oximeter I picked up at my pharmacy that its ok as well, but it is a wysiwyg meter.

Thank you Riva. I appreciate this information.

Do you have a smartphone? Have you checked that your phone cannot do this via something like the Samsung Health app?

My old S9 does this but they (Samsung) have craftily removed the sensor from my new S20 so it requires a smartwatch to take a reading.
