pump funding changes

Sounds logical and could do away with the postcode lottery of which pumps are available.
However, do you know the date this article was published?
It says, “The aim is for every Trust performing operations using these high cost devices to be using the new system by the end of 2016.”
 
I could find no reference to insulin pumps, there are 17 initial categories with no mention of future ones.
