Pump problems

Hi guys,

Hope your weekend is going well!

The past few weeks my accu check spirit combo has been playing up and my blood meter hasn't been connecting to the pump, which has meant manual bolusing and lots of high blood sugars.

Tonight I unpaired the meter from the pump and now they won't pair up again at all. I'm assuming there's an issue with the Bluetooth but no idea what to do.

Anyway they won't pair back up and my bloods are ridiculously high, tried ringing the accu check helpline but they don't appear to be open on weekends.

Anyone else had any problems with their accu check spirit/ have any recommendations on what to do?

I have this pump. Stupid question, but have you changed the batteries? Mine sometimes does this when the batteries are starting to run low.

Had similar prob was paired but wouldn't communicate.

Help desk told me to ensure meter was off and pump screen was effectively asleep. Don't have both alert at the same time. Then turn the meter on. It worked for me.
