Pump screen dark colour

Pump colour screen very dark for the combo pump. I have changed the battery but no indication battery low as not bleeping. Can anyone advice if pump is wearing out thanks all

Hi @Kimmylou, I've not used that pump but it might be worth doing a self-test to see if it shows up any issues, if that doesn't help I'd give Roche a ring and see what they advise. How long have you had the pump?

Hi. I haven't come across this problem, but have you tried pressing the top key on the front of the pump, followed by the top key on the side to put the backlight on?
When you replaced the battery, did the pump show any errors when it started up again?
If neither of those work I'd ring Roche. They provide a 24/7 service and if no answer you can leave a message and they'll get back to you.
