I have been having trouble with sore sites and small amounts of blood on the plaster why is this I have been pumping fot3 years
 
What cannulas are you using? Have you changed the type you use recently?

Apart from (as you know) rotating sites.. It could be that you are just experiencing areas that should be given a rest.
 
I get this after rotating sites over one area of the body for a while, but if I move to a whole different part of the body it stops.
