Pump upgrade

I am due for my upgrade in July, been down to clinic few weeks ago to see Animas rep,looked at the Vibe, seemed good.
My nurse has said she'd like me to look at the Accu chek Insight so I can compare the 2 & decide. Spoke to my nurse the day I went to clinic & she said she'd let me know about the Insight & get hold of me.
Tried ringing her Monday, left a message, still not heard anything
Just a but worried now & this month is going quickly & don't want to not see the other pump
Also no exact date from her as to when I will be changing on July, my Accu chek Combo has not got a countdown timer on
 
Your warranty expires on the day your had the pump delivered to you. Do you use novorapid in your pump if not it's the only insulin the insight takes so be warned.
It hasn't got cgm capability either if you want to go down that route.
 
I use Humalog. Will try my nurse next week if haven't heard anything & see what date I'm due for upgrade & find out about Insight

I think I don't fully understand your situation. Why is there such an urgency about a deadline date? It's not as though your current pump will stop working when the warranty expires? Or will it? :confused:

Funding needs to be in place for a new pump to be sent pronto if a failure accrues. The NHS moves at snail pace :( So Jess needs to see the pumps on offer so an order can be raised.
 
IrrationalJohn- the thing is I've been offered to upgrade to the Animas Vibe or the Accu chek Vibe, I've seen the Animas Vibe but no the Insight & my DSN wants me to look at both so I can make the right decision.
No I'm not worried about the pump stopping, it's just would like to see both pumps so can decide which one to have
