I saw this sweetener on Dragons Den and all the dragons were very impressed by it. Does anyone know if it is ok for diabetics?

I confess ignorance. Apparently, it is erythritol so will suffer similar side effects as that well-known sweetener, I have not used it myself, so i did a google on it, and found this

Not sure why it would be on dragons den since there are many established suppliers.
Edit to add: apparently Puresweet is the name of the marketing enterprise, and they currently sell other sweeteners based on stevia, xylitol and other 'natural' sweeteners. I looked on their website, and their prices are eye-watering, and there is no real identification of their ingredients. Some of their range presents a danger to fur babies, and some are not suitable for children, but there seems to be no health advice or warnings on the site. It is indeed hard sell marketing. I note that there were some adverse comments on Amazon, but these have been expunged from the reviews site. Maybe they were trolled, maybe the dragons' den money is working overtime. Dunno.
