Has anyone else been put on sickness plans including time out for appointments. For the first time in my career i was in intensive care last year and was off work for two months in which time i was resuscitated five times. I was then asked to go for an IMA and put on a sickness plan allowing me four days per quarter for sickness and appointments. The fact that staff without an illness get away with taking whatever time they want without so much of a occupational referral and the fact that i dont even get time for lunch. I am going through a greivance right now as a friend who is a solicitor informed me this was disability discrimination but does anyone here have to deal with this.
