Hi everyone hope you are all ok. Just wanted to ask, I take Lantus everyday at 7pm; as the clocks go back 1 hour do I need to change the time I take my Lantus? When I went to Canada where there is a 5 hour (Eastern) time difference to the UK I was taking my Lantus at 2pm, thanks : :)

I'm sure an hour won't make much difference. You should be ok doing your usual injection and enjoying the extra hour of sleep!

I take lantus once a day and never worry about the 1 hour time difference.

Being a bit of a pedant, I adjust my daily Victoza stabbing (not insulin) by 10 mins each day for 6 days leading up to all seasonal time adjustments  ..
