From your other thread I take it you are mainly seeing higher blood glucose in the morning, after breakfast. I already mentioned foot on the floor effect (liver dumping glucose to get you going for the day) and the carb content of your breakfast, but this poses a third factor.
Levemir has an action profile that usually doesn't really last for the full 24 hours, so you're combining a dwindling effect of your Levemir with FOTF and breakfast.
Usually with Levemir it is advised to split the dose morning and night, you might want to discuss this with your HCP.
What do you typically eat in a day? Have you ever counted your calories to check if you're anywhere in a reasonable range?
From your other thread I take it you are limiting carbs, but you're also using low fat yoghurt and skimmed milk. Perfectly fine if you get your calories from something else, but are you?
There are only 3 main nutrients when it comes to calories: Carbs, fats, and protein.
If you lower one group, you'll have to raise one or two of the others, otherwise you're on a starvation diet.
