Hi,
2 questions,
1) do you your glucose levels at the time to check that you are in fact hypo?
2) do you have the same thing for lunch every day ?
ie 3 sandwiches
If you are becoming hypo with the same amount of carbs for lunch then you would need to reduce the insulin for that meal.

Do you carb count and adjust the insulin accordingly?
Theres some info from Diabetes UK (the charity) here (including a small e book which is a good intro; download on blue tab at right )

i do the testing 4x aday and i had ham sarnie today for lunch, tomorrow ive got soup , cob, apple , at present say 2 hours after breakfast my sugar has been 15.3 to 12.3. i cannot ring nurse as i cannot talk. after lunch pass 2 hours its been 10, 11 12+. what can i do

If ur sugars are over 10 then in my opinion i wouldnt suggest u have lucozade. Think u deffinitely need to contact ur diabetic team. What about emailing them if u cant speak. if anyrhing u may feel tired because ur levels are running too high. next time u feel like it test at that time then u will kniw fir sure if its low sugars or not. If ur wauting untul after ur lycizade ti test it may have rebounded up. If it is a hypo u may be overtreating it. You must test to determine if rhis is the case.
Best wishes
