As happens quite often, today I got home about 4.40pm. I had a cup of decaff coffee this morning, went out at 11am but had no breakfast or lunch. I was not hungry and was just doing other stuff. When I got in I had 1 slice of wholemeal bread and cheese. I will have my evening meal about 7.30pm, maybe a bit later. My question is, should I have taken my 2 metformin when i got in and another 2 tonight or just the one dose? Is it too close to take the double Metformin. I can't find anything about this. Thanks.
