Question for T1 injectors

A friend of my daughter (I have mentioned her before) is having problems with suitable injection sites, her arms are a bit used up as well as her thighs (information from daughter No2).

What do you guys and gals do to spread the load, I have no idea, she has been T1 for most of her life and her home life is ???? 'unstable' would be appropriate.

Anything I can pass on?
 
yeah, apparently she is now using the area above her hip as her arms and thighs are too uncomfortable. Do the areas recover?

Yes, area's do recover, I had problems with my tummy area and was told by my DSN not to use it for a while, so that's what I did, it's called Lipohypertrophy.
