Type 2 Question Regarding Hb1Ac levels Over 90 days

Good morning @Bluetit1802 my friend before porridge 5.3 1 hour after porridge(made with water) 8.6 2 hours after porridge 5,3 goodbye porridge:D
Hi @wiseowl_123 ..
So if the porridge is in the bin, what's your alternative? I rarely eat breakfast and, if I do, it's the first meal in my 11am to 7pm window. I usually have what I call a half-full English .. that's everything except hash browns and beans. For info, my highest BG level since diagnosis on Feb 7 at 2 hours after brekkie has been 6.1 and that was on Feb 19 .. since then highest has been 5.7

Good afternoon @Bluetit1802 my friend yes I cut porridge down to 35g instead of the usual 40g and used water instead of semi skinned milk,:)

@AM1874 many thanks for the info very much appreciated as an alternative I shall be having a Lidl's roll cut in half with a poached egg on each half with butter,I know that this is alright for me as I have frequently tested after this meal and can see hardly any difference in my BG levels :)
