Hi a few questions I appreciate there are no doctors and I’m going to see the podiatrist randomly on Wednesday anyhow.
I’m 42 diabetic since about 8 (type 1)

Control never been amazing but not terrible. Hba1cs historically 8-9 since I’ve been about 20 till about 35 then I have had better low 8 high 7s

Then lockdown since I’ve managed to get to low to mid 7s

i fractured my right 2nd meteartarsal in june 21 it’s still not healed.

i had a suspected tia in November I’m still awaiting results from all my various scans etc but so far no signs it was a tia

I exercise a lot im 6 2 about 94 kg

since breaking my foot I haven’t excercised much but do some like daily chair cardio from you tube

my control the last month or so has been the best ever which may be relevant

then about a week ago my left foot (not the one I broke/ fractured) started tingling on my toes

it has continued since and also my right foot now and sometimes my sort of upper part of my foot.

The feeling isn’t painful just annoying and confusing

I’ve googled a lot I was previously eating a lot of spinach in my morning smoothie (I’ve stopped this) I take multi vitamins drink hibiscus tea take omega tablets and berrocca I’ve stopped all this as I’m concerned I may have over done something

I’ve stopped exercising I am having hot baths essentially everything I’ve read on internet.
Nothing is working

does this sound like diabetic neuropathy and if so does this sound how it starts as in nothing to constant tingling kind of overnight.

many thanks for reading and many thanks in advance for any advice or help or experience

Sorry when I say I appreciate there are no doctors I mean I appreciate you may not be doctors but just seeking any advice

thanks
