Questions to ask diabetic nurse

I am going to see diabetic nurse on Thursday and was wondering what to ask her I am 47 bmi 24.5 hbac1 6.1 and glucose intolerance test 11.9 the nurse previously told me to read about Lada do I need to ask for gad and c peptide test or will they automatically give me one later on or just carry on presuming I am type 2 . Do I mention my blurred vision and occasional dizziness anyone any thoughts

There is no need to assume you are Lada and probably you are a type 2. Certainly mention your blurred vision and occasional dizziness since it is relevant.

I am not gonna presume but the nurse told me to read up on it and didn't understand what it was at the time
