Hi and welcome
@Johnpen , a quick question, are the blood sugars readings taken from your CGM ? And, if they are, is this your first day wearing it? The new sensor needs 24 hours to settle. After the first 24 hours your reading will very likely settle. When I'm wearing a sensor and I get odd readings I x check my cgm reading with a finger prick test. If you get two completely different results go with the finger prick blood reading. There is also the possibility you have a faulty sensor. Again, check those cgm results with a finger prick reading. They will not be exactly the same, but they shouldn't be hugely different.
Also as you have just been prescribed blood sugar lowering meds, your Dr may wish to see how you are getting on with them. If your blood sugars are still bouncing around like that, and this is confirmed with a finger prick test, if it was me I would go back to your Dr and give your GP your readings and see what he/she says.
