I do not have diabetes
Had an appointment with my new GP!
It went very well and she was really helpful and impressed with my health and how I've turned my life around.
She understood what I was doing to control my RH. And didn't want to change anything that I was doing!
She asked some good questions about treatment and how I have developed my fasting and how I integrated it into my exercise and working life.
My recent blood tests were all in normal levels as expected by me but not by her!!!
 
Sounds like a positive first meeting - augurs well for the future
Perhaps the low carb message really is starting to get out there

I'm good thanks, apart from being struck down by the dreaded lurgy currently. I am lucky however, that I have managed to farm my children out to other family members and I am curly up on the sofa, under the duvet watching television and catching up on the latest posts.
 

Not really!
My knowledge on footie is much better than ancient US soul music. Or my specialist subject, endocrinology and RH! Lol!
Touch wood, not had any sniffles or colds.
