My foster mother used soya flesh a lot in things like sauce for spaghetti instead of beef, pork or lamb and also for chili sauces and I have to say, I would never have known if she hadn't told me afterwards

No I started to use Quorn now. My foster mother used the soya mince instead of beef, pork or lamb. I really couldn't tell that it wasn't meat!
I absolutely LOVE meat, but well it's all too much fat and one still has lots of weight to shed so I swapped the meat for the quorn mince.
