Raise me up

It is based on Abba music, YES. Muriel is obsessed with Abba. Its a great film very funny but also some sad moments. I loved the rendition of Waterloo with a friend of hers whilst on holiday, its absolutley brilliant, its so good. You must see it  RRB

I love this Fairport Convention song - Slip Jigs and Reels, there's a super bit where Ric Sanders plays a train whistle sound on his fiddle which I always turn up full volume. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2vF98hXJf2c&feature=fvst
Failing that I pop on Morris On. I defy anyone not to jump up and dance around - preferably waving white hankies

Like you RRB I loved Muriels Wedding. The Aussies seem to be really good at the funny films with music as well as MW I loved Strictly Ballroom and Pricilla Queen of the Desert  Quite liked Baz Urlman's (don't know if that is right spelling) Moulin Rouge.

Music has always played a very big part in my life and can set a mode very easily. Just recently I have become aware of a project called Playing For Change, the following taken from their web site explains what they're about.

Some of the most uplifting music I have come across is to be found on their web site and here are three of my favourites:

http://playingforchange.com/episodes/52/Higher_Ground

http://playingforchange.com/episodes/8/ ... re_Trouble - Warning contains Bono!

I loved Pricilla Queen of the Desert, a brilliant film and Guy Pearce was excellent in it. Do you remember Men at Work - Do you come from a land down under? I heard it recently and was singing along to it, it was great, aahhhhhhh memories. Best wishes RRB
