I've been worried about LADA for over a year now. I had fasting insulin (low) of <2 in 2024, low c-peptide 0.57 ng in 2024, but then i felt more positive as my GAD antibodies were negative, last year. My fasting Glucose was 5.68 mmol in 2024 too. my recent hba1c is 36 mmol, its' always been in the 30's, but I wanted to know more, so i tested for all 4 LADA antibodies. 3 were negative, but i have raised ZnT8.
All these tests were done privately, apart from Hba1c. I'm thinking how my lifer will chnage with LADA. I'm 45
Anyone had something similar?
