I'm currently at work, and just tested with a blood sugar of 12mmol. I know it's not massively high, but I haven't really been above 8mmol lately. Can anyone see where I have gone wrong?
Breakfast - USn diet fuel protein shake. It's low carb and hasn't spiked me for 10 weeks. Pre lunch reading was 6.3.
Lunch - asda side salad which is mainly lettuce, about 3 cherry tomatoes, some onion and a couple of yellow pepper slices. Small can of tuna.
I also went for a walk at lunchtime - about 2 miles.
The only thing that I haven't had for ages is the tuna. But would plain tuna spike?? Is my body just being stupid!
