I'm coming to turns now of being a type 2 diabetic, and changing my eating habits and tonight I fancy a stir fry,can any one recommend a good for me stir fry sauce? X
I'd make it myself, add a bit of garlic, chilli and ginger into the stir fry, sauce of PB with 100% peanuts, soy sauce, a bit of rice wine or white wine, water and a teaspoon of cornflour.
Many stir fries are fine. Rice is another matter for many of us. I have grated (lightly cooked ) cauliflower instead of rice. One of the many tips I have learned here.
