OK, I'm very new here so it may be me. But I've used many forums over the past 20 years and never come across one so difficult to use. I made my first posting asking a question. I received a lovely helpful response so clicked 'Reply' and typed "Thank you. That's really helpful" Clicking to post the reply produced a pop up saying "Your content can not be submitted. This is likely because your content is spam-like or contains inappropriate elements. Please change your content or try again later. If you still have problems, please contact an administrator." What the .... ooops I nearly swore.

Next I attempted to message the person directly since she's an Admin and the pop up told me to contact An admin if there was a problem.. So I wrote "I'm trying to reply to a response you made to my post. The reply is "Thank you. That's really helpful". When I click post reply it wont go, I get a pop up saying "Your content can not be submitted. This is likely because your content is spam-like or contains inappropriate elements. Please change your content or try again later. If you still have problems, please contact an administrator. My reply is only 5 words! What's wrong with them? Malcolm"

Then this message is refused becasue there is a 430 chracter limit on messages.

I won't give up and want to provide feedback so I respond to the survey but it doesn't ask me anything about my forum experience just asking lots of questions about my non-existent diabetes (I'm trying to help someone in a third world country).

Looking at your post, your reply likely contained the entire message from the person you were responding to, which included a link. New members aren't allowed to post links until they've made five posts: that is solely to keep spammers out (and believe me, we get an awful lot of those even with precautions). If you delete the bit with the link, you should be able to say whatever you wish, I think...
