Raspberry Ketone Diet

Hey,

I was just wondering if anyone had tried these "miracle" supplements? I had read a couple of articles online about them which obviously make them sound great but I'm a bit skeptical (mainly because of the K word!) as to whether they're okay for us diabetics (I'm type 1 on Humalog and Levemir). I also read an article on an American diabetes forum where someone complained of shakiness and anxiety whilst taking it and I must admit that put me off a bit. I went into Holland & Barratt today but they are not allowed to advise on diabetes at all which I can understand. I was hoping some lovely person on here might have first hand experience of it?

I have had dozens of junk emails recently about this diet, along with the ever popular Viagra offers and all other miracle cures. I think they all end up in the Junk folder for a very good reason - they are all pointless junk and money fiddling scams.
Any company or supplier worth their weight would be snapped up by big companies and therefore not need to advertise in such a cheap manner. It's the modern version of the travelling quack show.
I'd be wary to be honest
 
Are you touting for business healthdiscovery? All your posts seem to be about diet pills.
