Go very careful with these companies as if you don't cancel they will take nearly £100 a month from your bank account

it was a reputable company website. Not from one of those ads. My daughter uses the company all the time

Would you think a doctor should be allowed to prescribe a medication when there is no evidence in humans that it works, no research into appropriate dose and no double blinded safety trials ? I doubt it, yet this is the situation when you take something like raspberry ketones .
There have been a small trials on small numbers of rodents using high doses of it.
It is considered safe as a flavouring ie in small doses but there is no evidence as to either weight effects or safety on humans.

Here is a pharmacists take on the product; note he specifically mentions people with diabetes and high blood pressure. http://www.dietsinreview.com/diet_column/02/raspberry-keytone-touted-as-miracle-fat-burner-by-dr-oz/

The ASA has taken action against some internet firms from the UK for making false claims but it is rather a jungle out there.

I'm not commenting on whether they're good/bad or whether or not they work as that wasn't the question you asked. I would assume though as there is so much confusing information about them personally, as a diabetic, I would stay clear of them as you just don't know what effects they may or may not have.
