RASPBERRY KEYTONE DIET.. SHOCK THE WORLD..

Well this is what I was told earlier today by a friend, it's the newest diet works for everyone and you lose stones in weeks.
I heard it all.

Like most I've put on weight and need to drop a stone and a half which is bloody hard isn't it. A member on here suggested the Newcastle diet? The very word 'Diet' makes me suspicious.

If anyone has a success or failures on the Raspberry Keytone diet could you please let me have your story. I need straightforward facts I can easily follow.

Thank you for this re post, another diet us D's can't do then. I tried not eating anything for 5 days to see if I could kick start weight loss, I lost 1lb that's all. Don't get it. Regards, Q..

Hi Alan, I genuinely did not eat for that period, after 48 hours I wasn't hungry, felt light headed as the week went on. But the one thing I didn't do was do any BG tests through that period. I don't think I will do it again as I didn't achieve anything in terms of weight loss. Kind regards, Q..
