I was diagnosed Type 1 on 22/03/18.

I’m on Lantus once a day which I’ve recently increased from 6 to 8 then up to 10, 3 days ago.

I’m confident that my carb counting is spot on & I’m bolusing 1:10 novorapid.

The last few days, my graph has been like this (I’m using the Libre - amazing).

Would you think that I’m coming to the end of my honeymoon already & need to increase my Lantus? I’ve spoken to the DSN but she’s not really interested.

Thanks in advance.

It’s not easy to say without knowing when you eat and when you run nectar.
You may be going high because the glucose from the carbs you eat are hitting your blood before your insulin.
However, your “base”does not look too bad.
Probably best to keep your insulin the same and work out for different foods when you see the peak and adjust your insulin injections accordingly.
