I am sanjay from India. I have diagnosed my diabetes 2.5 years ago. Now my I am taking treatment of Insulin daily twice. so Please suggest can this affect my marriage life. currently I am taking 32 UI in the morning and 8 UI in the evening.

I hope some type1's will be able to answer as to whether insulin can affect your sex life. Don't be embarrassed, it is a valid question that you need an answer to.

Well, as far as I'm aware there's no problem with insulin itself. But sex is exercise, so you may have to think about that in terms of stopping / preventing hypos during or after sex. It's not the most romantic thing in the world testing your sugars before or after sex, but it's not really a problem!
A low blood sugar prior to or during sex can definitely affect a man's 'performance', though, speaking personally so watch out for that!!!
